Returns & refunds

We want you to feel confident choosing a piece from Gretchen Miller Design. We accept returns of eligible ready-to-ship jewelry, adornments, and sculptures under the terms below.

Requesting a return

Email eyecandyarcade@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return approval and shipping instructions before sending your piece. Approved returns must be shipped within seven days of approval.

Condition & packaging

Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. Jewelry, including earrings, must be unworn; adornments must be unused; and sculptures must be undamaged. Please pack your piece carefully to protect it in transit.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers pay for tracked return shipping. Sculpture returns must be insured for the full purchase value and securely packed with protective materials. We do not charge a restocking fee or deduct the cost of complimentary outbound U.S. shipping from your refund.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we will issue a full refund of the returned item's purchase price, including applicable sales tax, to the original payment method within five business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Custom & personalized pieces

Custom and personalized commissions are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Ready-to-ship pieces remain eligible for returns even when they are one of a kind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly if your piece arrives damaged, is defective, or is not the item you ordered. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when possible. We will cover any necessary return shipping and arrange a refund or a suitable repair with your agreement. These issues remain eligible for assistance on final-sale pieces.
